Teresa Suárez has extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Partner at Deloitte Corporate Finance/Deloitte Transactions since June 2023. Prior roles include M&A Director and M&A Manager at Deloitte España from September 2013 to September 2015, M&A Senior Manager at Deloitte from October 2015 to July 2017, and Senior Associate at Deloitte Corporate Finance from June 2008 to September 2013.
