Terry Hatherell

Terry Hatherell, FCPA, FCA, is Deloitte Canada's Managing Partner, Partner Experience, overseeing various partner processes, including admissions and performance management. Previously, Terry served as the Managing Partner, Ethics, and led Deloitte's global Accounting & Internal Controls practice. Additionally, Terry has held leadership roles in internal audit and operational risk, contributing to the firm's governance and regulatory practices. Terry's career began at Arthur Andersen, where they were a partner before joining Deloitte in 2002. They hold a BA in Finance and Economics from Western University and a Diploma in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.
