Tessa Acciarito

Tessa Acciarito (née Gray) is currently a Director in the M&A Advisory practice at Deloitte Australia, where they lead significant transactions and restructures, primarily within the TMT sector. Previously, Tessa worked as a Senior Auditor at Accru Melbourne from 2013 to 2017, managing external audit teams across various industries. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from RMIT University and a degree in Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. In addition to their advisory role, Tessa serves as a Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Account leader at Deloitte, contributing to the firm's gender equality initiatives.
