Thaís Penteado

Thaís Penteado is a Senior Manager and Workday Compensation Specialist Leader at Deloitte, where they have held various roles since 2018, including Manager and Senior Consultant. Previously, they served as a Graduate Assistant for the Executive MBA Program at Stetson University, supporting both students and faculty while earning the Stetson Business School Foundation Graduate Assistant Award. Thaís began their career as a Human Resources Intern at WestRock Brasil, where they managed training records and contributed to hiring processes. They hold an MBA from Stetson University and a BBA from FACAMP - Faculdades de Campinas.
