Tim Ackroyd

Tim Ackroyd is a strategic leader in workplace wellbeing, employee engagement, and organizational talent, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Mental Health at Deloitte Global. They previously held various roles at Deloitte UK, culminating in the Head of Wellbeing & Engagement, where they led numerous initiatives focused on enhancing employee experiences. Tim started their career as a Research Assistant in health psychology and later worked as a Research Consultant at Swann Global, transitioning to corporate HR roles that emphasized data-driven decision-making and organizational psychology. Tim holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Bath and is currently pursuing an MSc in Organizational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London.
