Tim Elsner is an experienced operational program and team lead currently working in the German Global Delivery Network & Operate Program. They have held significant roles in various companies, including as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where they led the development of ESGInsight, and previously as a Product Owner and Innovation Consultant. Tim’s background includes a Master's in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and extensive experience in product management, team leadership, and consulting. In addition, they serve as a Senior Financial Advisor for Stadtbienen gGmbH, providing strategic financial guidance.
