Tim Gaus

Tim Gaus is the Principal and Leader of the Deloitte Smart Manufacturing Business, leveraging over 25 years of supply chain experience to enhance value chain optimization through emerging technology. They have directed multiple supply chain transformations for domestic and multinational corporations, focusing on strategy, manufacturing optimization, and operational excellence. Tim's expertise includes creating the “Factory of the Future” and fostering real-time insights through IOT and the convergence of IT/OT. Previously, they held various roles at Deloitte and Kellogg Company, contributing to major projects in supply chain strategy and operations. Tim earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
