Tina O'Shields

Tina O'Shields is a Senior Manager at Deloitte with over 25 years of experience in healthcare IT. They currently lead an international team focused on system implementations and support for hospitals and large clinic networks across several states. Tina is Epic certified in multiple areas and possesses a strong background in Revenue Cycle and Clinical workflows. Prior to Deloitte, they served as an Application Analyst at Valley Medical Center and held roles that involved Epic support and optimizations. Tina is also pursuing multiple advanced degrees at Western Governors University, including a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration.
