Todd Bouldin

Todd Bouldin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, particularly within the consulting and academic sectors. Currently serving as a Program Lead in Industry Proficiency at Deloitte since September 2018, Todd leads a holistic development program aimed at enhancing the industry knowledge of Deloitte professionals. Previously, Todd held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, including Talent Development Industry Learning Leader and Talent Development Learning Leader for Life Sciences & Health Care, where Todd managed learning initiatives for a significant segment of the firm's practice. Prior to joining Deloitte, Todd operated a consulting firm, 2MBoldn, providing learning experiences to government and corporate clients. Todd's early career included roles as a corporate attorney, a legislative director for a U.S. Congressman, and an intern at the White House. Todd holds a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law and additional degrees from Abilene Christian University, Princeton Theological Seminary, and a certificate from The University of Bonn.
