Tom Bamber

Tom Bamber has a diverse professional background in recruitment and consulting, beginning with a role as a Recruitment Consultant at IT Works Resource Group Limited from July 2014 to September 2015. Following this, Tom served as an Internal Recruiter at Synexus Clinical Research Ltd from November 2015 to July 2016. Tom's extensive experience continued at Deloitte, where responsibilities included roles from Analyst to Senior Manager between September 2020 and May 2024. Academically, Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages (French and Italian) with Upper Second Class honors from the University of Durham, complemented by education at Cardinal Newman College and Holy Cross Catholic High School.
