Tom Ho

Tom Ho is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they have worked since 2009, focusing on learning and development. With 10 years of project management and instructional design experience, Tom has developed and managed global training programs and led off-shore teams in creating innovative eLearning solutions. Prior to their current role, Tom was a Consultant in Change Management at Deloitte Consulting, LLP from 2005 to 2009, where they engaged with executives to implement training and communications plans. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating in 2005.
