Tom Lutz

Tom Lutz is a seasoned professional currently serving as the National Managing Director of Sales at Deloitte, where they lead a team of over 500 professionals and have achieved approximately $7 billion in sales. Previously, they held the position of President at Oxford Solutions, where they established the Solutions Division and integrated acquired companies. Tom also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales at a publicly held systems integration company, where they were recognized as the top sales producer. In addition, they were President and Chief Operating Officer at ESP, driving significant growth and positioning the company for sale. Tom is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at Marist College.
