Tom Mak

Tom Mak is currently a Director in the Deloitte Turnaround, Restructuring, and Special Situations team, where they support businesses facing strategic and operational challenges. Tom previously served as the Head of Finance at AFC Wimbledon, playing a pivotal role in the club's transition to a new stadium and driving revenue growth. Prior to that, Tom spent nearly six years in Deloitte's Restructuring Services, gaining extensive experience in corporate advisory and insolvency across various sectors. Tom holds a First Class Honours degree in Economics with Spanish from Cardiff University and is fluent in Spanish, enhancing their global business approach.
