Tom McAleer

Tom McAleer possesses extensive experience in sales and business development, having held prominent positions across several companies. As CEO of OC REO Team from 2007 to December 2012 and Vice President of Sales at Roundarch, a Deloitte Company, from 2000 to 2003, McAleer demonstrated strong leadership in business operations. Current roles include Principal and Chief Commercial Officer in the Customer & Marketing Portfolio at Deloitte Digital, a position held since December 2012. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Business Development at Deloitte from 1999 to 2000, Partner at Keane from January 2005 to July 2007, and Senior Vice President of Sales at Mitchell International from 2003 to 2004. McAleer also served in significant sales roles at other organizations, including XRS, Eastman Software, and Cambridge Technology Partners. McAleer holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Drexel University.
