Tom Milligan

Tom Milligan is a Partner at Deloitte, where Tom has specialized in the Public Sector and leads the UK Organisation Design Practice since November 2006. Previously, Tom served as a Director in Consulting, focusing on complex organisation transformation projects, with expertise in organisation design, strategy, stakeholder engagement, change management, and programme leadership.
