Tom Pernodd

Tom Pernodd is an experienced M&A advisor specializing in buy and sell side M&A transaction and restructuring services. They have significant international experience with cross-border deals and global clients across the USA and EMEA. Currently serving as a Partner and Head of M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, Tom focuses on M&A related due diligence, business case evaluation, accounting, and acquisition risk management, with particular expertise in the Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors. Tom's prior roles include Partner at Deloitte and Senior Manager in M&A Transaction Services, as well as a background in due diligence at Arthur Andersen. They hold an MBA from Linköping University and a degree in Corporate Finance and Economics from the University of East Anglia.
