Tom Yuen

Tom Yuen has extensive experience in cybersecurity, currently serving as the SEA Chief Information Security Officer at Deloitte Southeast Asia since October 2020, responsible for overseeing cybersecurity across the region's practice offices. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at HSBC from September 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included country leadership for cybersecurity and managing regulatory compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as the Security Technology Operations Manager for APAC at Zurich Services (M) Sdn Bhd and various leadership roles at HP Enterprise Services, encompassing IT mainframe access management, IT security, audit and compliance. Tom's educational background includes a BSc in Information Technology, specializing in Information Systems Engineering, from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology.
