Tomáš Hilgard

Tomáš Hilgard is a CE Consulting Talent Acquisition Manager at Deloitte, where they lead a team of seven professionals and oversee recruitment across Central Europe. With over nine years of experience in talent acquisition, Tomáš has developed strategies that align hiring with business goals while enhancing Deloitte's market presence. Earlier in their career, Tomáš worked as a teacher and IT helpdesk support at the Canadian International School, and contributed to a psychotherapeutic non-profit as a Help Line Consultant. Tomáš holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities from Charles University in Prague and a diploma in furniture design from VOŠUP a SUPŠ in Prague, complemented by an exchange program in Strasbourg, France.
