Traci Young

Traci Young is an accomplished Office and Administrative Manager with extensive experience providing executive support and optimizing organizational operations. From 2010 to 2015, Traci supported C-Level executives at Booz Allen Hamilton, where responsibilities included training staff, coordinating leadership meetings, and managing complex employee relations. Currently, Traci serves as an Office and Administrative Manager at ImpactAssets and is also a C-Level Executive Assistant at Deloitte, where they streamline administrative processes and enhance meeting effectiveness. Traci has previously worked at Venable LLP, where they provided direct support to the Vice President and Chief of Practice Management while implementing procedural improvements. Traci studied Liberal Arts and Sciences at Rockland Community College from 1992 to 1994.
