Tracy Pokroy is currently the Director and National Lead for People Analytics, Culture and People at Deloitte Canada, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Tracy served in various roles at Deloitte Canada, including Senior Manager of People Analytics and Client Experience Leader. Before joining Deloitte, Tracy worked as a Senior Account Executive at Juniper Park\TBWA, where they played a key role in managing substantial advertising campaigns for a major Canadian financial institution. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honours in Theatre Production from York University, earned in 2011.
