Trevor Carruthers

Trevor Carruthers is currently a Director in Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory at Deloitte Canada, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Trevor worked in various roles at Deloitte, including Senior Manager and Senior Consultant in Mergers and Acquisitions Consulting, as well as Chief of Staff to the Canadian Human Capital Consulting Practice Leader. Earlier in their career, Trevor gained experience as an HR Administrator and HR Specialist at Candu Energy, followed by an associate position at ENGAGE HR. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Western Ontario, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from York University.
