Troy DeWitt is a Sr. Manager at Deloitte, bringing over 20 years of experience in Federal government consulting with expertise in strategic planning, program monitoring and evaluation, and financial improvement. Troy's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Oberlin College, along with certifications in Project Management and Government Financial Management (CGFM). They have managed projects both within the continental U.S. and internationally for Civilian and Defense organizations.
