With over 25 years of experience in various human resources roles, Tuba has developed expertise in organizational development, change management, and strategic HR planning. Tuba has held significant positions at Schneider Electric, Whirlpool EMEA, and British American Tobacco, among others. Tuba is also a certified International Adler Coach and has a strong background in designing and delivering effective instructional programs. In addition to practical experience, Tuba is pursuing degrees in Business Administration and Management from Hamburger University and Bosphorus University.
