Tyler Roosden

Tyler Roosden is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, bringing over 8 years of experience in higher education and organizational change management for an employee population exceeding 1200. Previously, Tyler served as the Assistant Director for the STRIVE Leadership Program at the University of California San Diego, where they developed comprehensive training plans for new payroll systems. Tyler's career includes roles at the University of Minnesota and other organizations where they excelled in project implementation, curriculum development, and staff training. Currently, Tyler is pursuing a Master's in Public Affairs at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs while serving as a Teaching Assistant.
