Varinder Allen

Varinder Allen is the Director of Employment Tax Pensions at Deloitte UK, where they have been instrumental in their role since 2012. Prior to this, they worked at Ernst & Young from 2006 to 2011 as a Tax Manager in Human Capital Reward and held positions at Deloitte as an Assistant Manager in Private Client Services from 2001 to 2006. Varinder completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Southampton and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law (Guildford). Additionally, Varinder continues their education at Southend High School for Girls.
