Venusha M. is an experienced instructional designer and senior solution specialist with a strong background in human capital and organizational transformation. They have worked in various educational roles, including as an instructional coach and middle school science educator, where they developed instructional materials and facilitated professional development. Previously, Venusha served as a research associate at the University of Miami and participated as an AP reader for ETS. Their proficiency in various technology platforms enhances their ability to create effective learning experiences in virtual, E-learning, and in-person settings. Venusha holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree from the University of Miami.
