Verónica Benedetti is a seasoned attorney and Compliance Officer with comprehensive experience in corporate governance, ethics, and compliance in Latin America and the U.S. They hold an LL.M. from the University of Chicago and have served in various roles, including Director at Deloitte and Risk Advisory, where they specialized in managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations. Verónica has also contributed to legal advisement at multiple organizations, notably in sectors such as energy and finance, while actively participating in the Ethics Committee of AmCham Chile. Currently, they continue their education with degrees from the University of Buenos Aires and the University of California, Davis.
