Vicky Menzies

Vicky Menzies is a Director at Deloitte, specializing in human capital within the public sector. With over ten years of experience in project management and human capital consulting, Vicky focuses on strategic change, change management, and organization effectiveness. Vicky earned an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, graduating with distinction, and has published part of their dissertation exploring risk perception during the Irish financial crisis. Prior to Deloitte, Vicky worked for Accenture as a Talent and Organisational Performance Consultant.
