Victor Penico is a Managing Director at Deloitte Tax LLP, specializing in tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, consolidated returns, and bankruptcy. With over thirty-five years of professional tax experience, Victor has served clients by advising on restructuring plans and quantifying tax implications of various strategies. Prior to Deloitte, Victor held significant positions at the Internal Revenue Service, where they contributed to published guidance on complex tax matters. Victor also practiced as a tax partner at Pillsbury Winthrop LLP and served on the Senate Finance Committee as tax counsel.
