Vikash Chandra

Vikash Chandra is a seasoned urban infrastructure expert with over 23 years of experience, currently serving as a Director at Deloitte. They are a key strategist for Smart Cities in India and have been involved in the Smart Cities Mission under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs for the last 4.5 years. Vikash earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Master in Architecture (Urban Design) from CEPT University. Prior to Deloitte, they held significant roles, including Project Coordinator for a World Bank-funded program and Assistant Vice President at IL&FS Infrastructure, where they led various government advisory projects. Vikash began their career as an architect and entrepreneur, successfully executing over 150 projects across multiple sectors.
