Vincent Lukkien

Vincent Lukkien is a seasoned professional in the fields of cyber risk and strategic consulting, currently serving as the Director of Cyber Risk Services at Deloitte since September 2016. Previously, Lukkien held the interim role of Chief Information Security Officer at VodafoneZiggo from December 2021 to January 2023 and served as Vice President of Strategy for Barclays Investment Bank in both London and Singapore between January 2011 and August 2016. Lukkien's early career included positions as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, as well as internships at Procter & Gamble and Akzo Nobel. Lukkien earned an MBA from INSEAD in 2010 and holds a degree from Delft University of Technology, culminating in a robust foundation for a career in risk management and strategic planning.
