Vlad Dediu

Vlad Dediu is a Business and Technology Associate at GSK, where they explore the intersection of people and technology in the context of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation. They previously held various roles at GSK, including HR Future Leader Associate and People Data and Analytics Researcher. Vlad has extensive experience at Deloitte as a Senior Manager and has also interned at Workplace Innovation Europe CLG and Intell Psy Group. They completed their PhD in Applied Work Psychology at the University of Nottingham, where they also earned a Master’s Degree with Distinction and served as a Teaching Fellow.
