Wak Solis

Wak Solis is the Regional Talent Acquisition Director for Deloitte SEA Technology & Transformation, where they architect talent strategies that scale and transform hiring processes. Previously, Wak held various leadership roles in recruitment, including as the Director of Career and Brand Management Group at 24/7 Customer, where they developed effective sourcing strategies. They have also served as the Country Head of Recruitment at ANZ Global Services and Operations and contributed to building the Convergys brand in the Philippines as the Recruitment Manager. Throughout their career, Wak has demonstrated a strong ability to align recruitment processes with business objectives across multiple regions, including APAC.
