Wendy Pius, CDE®, is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in crisis and grants management within the Government and Public Services industry. A first-generation Sri Lankan, they developed strong interpersonal skills as a Global Scholar at American University and have dedicated their career to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, they served as an Officer of Thought Leadership at CAF America, where they spearheaded the DEI working group and contributed to the organization's communication strategies. Wendy's passion for human rights and equity continues to inform their work as they support state and local clients at Deloitte & Touche LLP.
