Wil Carroll has over two decades of experience in government and public service, focusing on transforming citizen service delivery through technology solutions. They joined Deloitte in 2000 as a Senior Consultant, later leading various teams including the Government & Public Services Innovation & Platform team and the Health Technology Offering. Wil's work has spanned Medicaid systems, health technologies, and complex system implementations across numerous states and the federal marketplace. An outdoor enthusiast, Wil enjoys seasonal activities with their family in Montana and has contributed to the Pan Mass Challenge for over 25 years. They hold a BA from Tulane University and an MBA from The College of William and Mary.
