With over a decade of experience, they have excelled in coordinating teams, mentoring staff, and implementing innovative solutions to achieve business objectives. As a One Young World Ambassador and children's book author, William is committed to social impact and community development. They also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Montclair State University, where they were actively involved in student mentorship and community activities.
