William Bean

William Bean is a Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory Consultant specializing in Real Estate Valuation, based in Westport, CT. They developed a passion for real estate at a young age and honed their teamwork and leadership skills through participation in sports and coaching. William attended the University of Connecticut, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and ultimately the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they created a Commercial Real Estate Major and engaged in various leadership roles. In addition to their professional work, they co-founded WatchDog Safety Technology and volunteer to advise students on real estate education and safety initiatives.
