Xiaolei Lu is a Senior Manager in Learning & Development at Deloitte, where they have been since 2013, focusing on aligning learning strategies with business objectives and employee development needs. Previously, they served as a Tax Manager at Deloitte from 2006 to 2013, specializing in transfer pricing and providing tax advisory services to multinational companies. Xiaolei holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick and has completed additional studies in Economics at the University of Southampton. Their experience includes building national learning frameworks and facilitating talent development programs.
