Xiaoli (Sally) He, CPA, is a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in ASC 740 and Federal Corporation Tax Compliance. Previously, they held roles as a Tax Senior and Tax Staff at Moss Adams, where they focused on US Federal Corporate Tax and State Tax.
