Yvette Keys

Yvette Keys is an experienced professional in human capital consulting and organizational development, currently serving as a Director at Deloitte since July 2019. Previously, Yvette worked at AgResearch from January 2013 to July 2019, progressing through roles such as Change Manager, where responsibilities included leading the development of a Change Management Framework and overseeing significant transformation projects, and Organisational Talent & Development Manager, focusing on talent management and employee engagement. Yvette also held positions at the New Zealand Racing Board as Capability Manager, leading organizational development initiatives, and at Sheffield as a Senior Consultant/Registered Psychologist, providing consulting services in performance and talent management. Yvette holds a PG Dip in I/O Psychology, an MSc in Applied Psychology, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Canterbury.
