DeLoop sources surplus and returned fast-fashion items that are too difficult for charities and sorters to move. We work with partners to ensure items are clean and ready to wear, attach a CyclePass (a digital product passport that follows each garment through every new owner, return and end of life) and resell them through a warehouse shopping experience organised like a giant shared wardrobe, and online.

When customers return a DeLoop garment they get £1 back. We also offer in-store rewards for any other used clothing brought in. That deposit keeps clothes in the loop longer and out of the bin altogether.

The Bigger Picture

Most second-hand fashion is invisible. You don't know where it came from, where it's going, or whether it matters. DeLoop makes that visible, even for clothes that never had a tag to begin with.

Through CyclePass, every garment has a journey you can follow. Return incentives keep wearable fashion circulating. And when something can no longer be worn, we're building the foundation to turn it into something new, furniture, tiles, materials, not waste.
