Li Ming

Mr. Li Ming is the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited. He joined the Group as CEO in July 1997 and became the Chairman in March 2010. He is primarily engaged in the company’s overall operation management and the implementation of development strategies.

Mr. Li Ming obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the China Europe International Business School in May 1998. Mr. Li is currently the Vice President of the China Real Estate Association (CREA) and Director of the Commercial and Tourism Real Estate Professional Committee of CREA. He is also qualified as a member of Chartered Institute of Building. Mr. Li Ming is a member of the People’s Congress of the Chaoyang District of the Beijing Municipality.

Sino-Ocean Group is one of the pioneer property developers in China to introduce the green construction system into property development. Since 2006, the company has been actively engaged in the environment-friendly conversion of buildings under its “New Green Environment for Old Communities” initiative for over 170 projects in 800 communities across 20 provinces nationally. Sino-Ocean Group has been awarded LEED certification, which covers the entirely office buildings portfolio, over 10 times. The company strongly pursues the philosophy of WELL Standard and aims to localize it in China by penetrating practical project implementation.
