Scott Resnick

Scott Resnick is the founder of SR Capital, a real estate development and investment firm. His most recent project is 551 West 21st Street, a 200,000 square foot residential condominium building in West Chelsea designed by Foster + Partners and completed in 2017. Mr. Resnick previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Jack Resnick & Sons where he developed several buildings including 200 Chambers Street, a 400,000 square foot, 258-unit condominium in Tribeca as well as 250 West 50th Street, a 500,000 square foot, 550-unit residential rental building in Midtown.

Mr. Resnick serves on the Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a Vice President and Trustee of the Whitney Museum of American Art. He chairs the Whitney’s Building Committee and oversaw development of its new 200,000 square foot building in the Meatpacking District designed by Renzo Piano.
