Melissa Harris

Melissa Harris is currently the Vice President of Operations and Culture at Profoundry, a role they have held since 2024. With a strong background in environmental policy, they previously served as President of MH Environmental Research and Consulting and as Policy Director at The Delphi Group from 2017 to 2022. Their extensive experience also includes working as a Senior Policy Advisor at the International Institute for Sustainable Development and conducting research on climate change for Dr. Gordon McBean at the University of Western Ontario. Harris holds a Master's degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the same university, where they also earned an HBA in Political Science.
