Delphi Rise
Tom Weaver has extensive experience in educational and operational roles across various organizations. Currently serving in distribution at Wegmans Food Markets since June 2018, Tom also fulfills the role of Prevention School Based Educator at Delphi Rise, providing evidence-based programs for K-12 students. Previous positions include Employment Specialist at Arc of Monroe County, where Tom developed job plans and facilitated employer relations, and Administrator at Camp Stella Maris, responsible for staff recruitment and regulatory compliance. Additional roles encompass Centre Director at Doodle Bugs! Children's Centers, overseeing operations for 175 students, and Director at Camp Stella Maris, managing operations for 2400 campers. Tom also contributed to children's programming with Disney Cruise Line. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. Bonaventure University and a Master of Teaching from Rollins College.

Delphi is also the lead agency for RecoveryNet's Open Access Clinic, providing on-demand substance abuse evaluations. Delphi is licensed by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.
