Jon Samolis

Jon Samolis, CSP, TSC has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Jon started their career as a Human Resources Intern at CIBER in 2007, where they recruited IT specialists for various companies in New England. In 2008, they joined Bridge Technical Talent as a Senior Recruiter, responsible for full lifecycle recruiting and onboarding of contract employees. Jon later became the VMS Recruiting Manager, managing a team of recruiters and overseeing the staffing operations of the Vendor Management Systems practice. In 2015, Jon joined Delphi-US, LLC as a Resource Manager, providing specialized talent acquisition solutions to clients in different industries. Jon currently holds the role of VP Talent Acquisition, leading the talent acquisition strategies at Delphi-US.

Jon Samolis, CSP, TSC has a diverse education history. Jon earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Mercyhurst University between 1999 and 2003. Later, from 2003 to 2006, they attended Roger Williams University School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree with a focus on Employment and Labor Law. Subsequently, they pursued further education at the University of Rhode Island, where they completed their Master of Science degree in Labor Relations & Human Resources from 2004 to 2007.
