Param P is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, DevOps, and engineering management. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Manager at DelQui Inc. since May 2025, Param previously held the role of Engineering Manager and Head of QA at Startbahn, Inc. between January 2022 and May 2025, where significant contributions included building a test automation framework and implementing Scrum best practices. Prior experience encompasses positions at Paidy, where growth from 1 to 10 team members was achieved as a Tech Lead, and at Fusion Systems Japan as a Senior Consultant in SDET. Early career development took place at Cognizant Technology Solutions, starting in an entry-level position and advancing to an automated QA professional.
