Ton Knijnenburg

Ton Knijnenburg possesses extensive experience in Lean practices and Six Sigma methodologies, serving in multiple roles across various divisions of DuPont. From 1999 to October 2013, Ton held positions as Lean Practitioner and Six Sigma Master Black Belt in the Performance Polymers division. After a tenure in Industrial Biosciences from October 2013 to July 2015, Ton returned to Performance Materials in July 2015, continuing in similar capacities. Currently, Ton is also serving as a Lean Practitioner and Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Delrin since November 2022. Earlier career experiences at DuPont de Nemours from March 1989 to January 1992 involved roles such as Control Systems Engineer, Process Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, Continuous Improvement Resource Europe, and Design Engineer for Electrical & Instrumentation. Ton holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Control Engineering from Delft University of Technology, earned between 1981 and 1988.
