Ik Iroche

Ik Iroche is the Founder & Principal of Black & Gold Advisory, a boutique consulting firm. They also work as an Executive Coach at Delta Alpha Psi and serve as a Member on the Board of Trustees at Exeter School. In the past, Ik has held positions such as a Member of the Executive Committee at Nigerians In the Square Mile, a Short Term Consultant at IFC, and a Director at Correlate Search. They have also served as the CEO of London Nigerian Rugby Football Club and held roles at Exchange Consulting and ECI Human Capital. Ik holds a BSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
