Coi Epps is the Director of IT Finance at Delta Air Lines, where they specialize in interchange optimization and alternate payment methods while managing project relationships with external parties. Previously, Coi held various roles within Delta, including Project Leader and General Manager of Global Payment Acceptance, where they implemented financial tracking methodologies and developed strategies to reduce payment acceptance costs. Coi earned an MBA from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business in 2022 and holds earlier experience from Strome College of Business.
